cloudbook ("we", "us", "our") is a virtual sports prediction tracking platform operated by cloudgroup. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. cloudbook is not a real-money gambling platform — all bets use virtual cash with no monetary value.
Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from the respective OAuth provider. We also store the username you choose during onboarding.
Activity data: We record your betting activity (predictions, wagers, outcomes), XP, level, and leaderboard stats. All of this is core to the product — building a verifiable track record.
Device and usage data: We collect standard web analytics (page views, browser type, device type) to improve the service. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate statistics may be retained.
